Privacy Policy
Pony Launch
Effective date: August 4, 2026. This policy explains how Pony Launch handles privacy, including children's privacy, ads, and in-app purchases.
Summary
Pony Launch does not require an account. We do not collect, store, sell, rent, or share personal information from users. The game is designed to work without asking for names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personal details.
Children's Privacy And COPPA
Pony Launch is intended to be privacy-friendly for families and children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the game does not ask users to submit personal information and does not include account creation, there is no form where a child can provide personal contact information to us.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us, they can contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Since the app is designed not to collect personal information, we may not have any user record to locate.
Data We Do Not Collect
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers are collected by the developer.
- No precise location is collected by the developer.
- No contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, or files are collected by the developer.
- No gameplay analytics profile is collected by the developer.
- No personal information is sold or shared by the developer.
Local Game Data
The game may save progress, settings, and purchase state locally on the device. This local data is used only to make the game work, such as remembering upgrades, audio settings, and whether Remove Ads has been purchased. Local data is not transmitted to the developer.
Ads
Pony Launch may show ads. Ads help support the game. The developer does not use ads to collect personal information directly from users. If ads are served by a third-party advertising provider, that provider may process limited technical information necessary to display, measure, secure, or limit ads according to its own policies and Google Play requirements.
For child-directed or family use, ads should be configured as child-appropriate and non-personalized where required. Ads should not ask children to provide personal information to the developer.
In-App Purchases
The game includes an optional non-consumable in-app purchase called Remove Ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The developer does not receive or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment credentials. Google may process purchase information according to Google Play's terms and privacy practices.
Internet Access
The app may use internet access for ads, Google Play Billing, and related platform services. The developer does not operate an account server for the game and does not collect personal information through a developer backend.
Third-Party Services
The app may rely on Google Play services such as Google Play Billing and may use advertising services. These services are provided by their respective companies and are governed by their own privacy policies. Users and parents can review Google's privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Parental Choices
Parents can manage app installs, purchases, and family settings through Google Play and Android device settings. Parents can also uninstall the app to remove local game data from the device, subject to Android's normal app data behavior.
Security
Because the developer does not collect personal information, we do not maintain a user database for the app. Local game data remains on the device unless handled by Android or Google Play services.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, ads, purchases, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
